Support legs for mounting at the rear of motorhomes with AL-KO AMC chassis or original frames in combination with AL-KO frame extensions. The support legs are easily cranked up and down manually and provide a significant improvement in stability. Already during the first turn of the crank, the leg falls down into a vertical position and starts to slide out. Conversely, the leg swings up immediately on the last turn and automatically locks in the raised position with a "click". There is no need to use significant force or do anything extra to secure the leg. Should you forget to crank up the legs before starting, the legs fold automatically, either forward or backward depending on the direction of travel.
All AMC chassis and frame extensions manufactured from Aug. 1995 are provided with pre-drilled holes which makes mounting very easy - 2 screws per side is all that is needed. On some cars it may be helpful to drill holes in the skirt for easier access with the outrigger crank. Durable rubber grommets are available as an optional extra. The support leg consists of hot-dip galvanized inner tube / chromated outer tube. The support legs may not be used as a jack.
Max static load capacity is 1000 kg per support leg. The outriggers have a long screw connection for the outrigger crank and are supplied in pairs excluding the outrigger crank.
