All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) including Swedish VAT. We reserve the right for any VAT increases or other price changes that we cannot control.

11 Ordering

For the best and fastest delivery of ordered goods, we would like you to leave your mobile phone number with your order, this means that you will quickly and easily receive an SMS as soon as your package arrives at your nearest delivery point.
The customer must be at least 18 years old. Orders placed in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that causes Kämpes Husvagnsservice to suffer financial damage, will be reported to the police.
If you have placed an order by mistake, we ask you to contact us immediately.
All image information should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and nature.
12. delivery and cancellation
Deliveries are made using Schenker / DSV, DHL or Postnord depending on what is selected at checkout.
The goods are delivered to your agent.
Smaller deliveries can be sent directly to your mailbox.
The price for shipping is SEK 100 but increases depending on the weight of the order.
For goods longer than 1.4 meters, the shipping price increases depending on how long the item is and must also be sent to a terminal if a work address is not specified.
Normal delivery time is 2-9 working days.
For unsolved packages, SEK 450 is charged.
13. guarantee
According to the Swedish Sale of Goods Act, we provide a 1-year warranty for manufacturing or material defects on our products.
For the warranty to apply, the products must have been handled in a normal manner and not subjected to stresses beyond the usual.
In the event of carelessness or incorrect handling (incorrect assembly etc.), no guarantees apply.
The receipt for the paid product is valid as a warranty certificate.
In the case of warranty and other service matters, the consumer pays the shipping cost to us, we pay the shipping to the customer.
14. right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
In order for you to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods in undamaged condition, in the original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost.
Your message to us must clearly state that you regret your decision.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them.
If the contract is for a custom-made product - or a product that has been clearly personalized - the withdrawal period starts on the day we provide the information.
You do not have the right to withdraw if:

2. the price is subject to financial market fluctuations
3. the goods cannot be returned due to their nature
4. the seal has been broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs, including technical seals.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
1. you must keep the goods in as good condition as when you received them
2. you must not use it, but of course carefully examine it
3. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.
15. Returns
Before returning an item, please contact us.
Returns are at your own expense unless the goods are defective or we have packed them incorrectly.
Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery (we do not redeem cash on delivery).
For exchanges involving incorrect packaging or defective goods, we will pay the new freight, contact us for a shipping note.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must,

Refund obligation:

We always pay the return costs for sending back so-called replacement goods.
Damage on delivery
Kämpes Husvagnsservice checks each shipment before it is sent to you. If the item is still damaged when it arrives, we undertake to rectify the fault for you free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE! It is important that you make a correct notification:
Visible defects: Report directly to the delivery point / driver upon receipt of the goods and to Kämpes Husvagnsservice. The packaging is saved for possible return.
Hidden defects: Report to Kämpes Husvagnsservice within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
These provisions do not affect your legal rights.

Return Policy

At Kämpes Husvagnsservice you always have 14 days open purchase from the day you received the item.
We will refund the money to the payment card you used when you placed the order.
If this is not possible, you will be contacted by email or by phone by one of our customer service staff.
If you paid by invoice, the money will be returned to your account.
If the returned goods meet the requirements of our returns policy, the money will be transferred once we have received and processed your return package.
We will refund the full amount if the item is deemed defective or if the fault lies with Kämpes Husvagnsservice.
For all other returns, you will be charged at the applicable rates.
Requirements for returned goods:
All returned goods must be packaged properly and, if possible, in the original packaging.
